PeaceTech conducted an inspiring guest lecture for students of MIT World Peace University, Pune, focusing on entrepreneurship, AI, machine learning and conscious career development.
The session, titled “Beyond Startups: Build Yourself Before Building Your Business,” was delivered by Sahaj Pathare, a multidimensional Canadian entrepreneur and speaker.
Addressing students from AI, ML and entrepreneurial backgrounds, Pathare highlighted the importance of self-awareness, character, adaptability, purpose and leadership alongside technical skills. He encouraged students to focus not only on building startups, but first on building themselves as capable, conscious and responsible individuals.
The session reinforced the PeaceTech philosophy that technology creates possibilities, but human consciousness and character determine how those possibilities are used.
The lecture concluded with an engaging interaction with students and a call to develop careers that combine intelligence, technology, character and purpose.
